The 7 Mile race is a two-lap course over a scenic, traffic free, countryside course through the Private Grounds of Garendon Park by kind permission of Persimmon Homes.
7 Mile: Extensive prize list – trophies and prizes for all categories.
ONLY ONE INDIVIDUAL PRIZE PER PERSON.
Male: Senior 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th; V40; V50; V60; V70; Team (top 3)
Female: Senior 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th 5th; V35; V45; V55; V65; Team (top 3)
Entrants must be over 16 to compete in the 7 Mile Race
Commemorative Shirt to all 7-mile finishers.

Chip timing, Toilets, Changing facilities – LIMITED PARKING – Hot and Cold Refreshments, sport massage, guided warm up
