Its been an amazing week of racing for Shepshed runners this week. Besides the John Fraser 10 (results will be in a separate post) we had the following excellent results!
Jon Hartley won the V50 category in the Paras 10 endurance race, his first race since turning 50!
Tracey Brookes finished the Newton’s Fraction Half Marathon in 2:06:24
Three of our runners also took part in the biggest race in the UK the Great North Run

Richard Bibb tackled the Keswick 15K Trail Challenge finishing in 73rd place with a time of 1:36:00
