Note: We have had to change the route for 2025 due construction work on the Garendon park.
The 7 Mile race is a multi-terrain out and back route over a scenic, traffic free, countryside course through the Grounds of Garendon Park by kind permission of Persimmon Homes.
The course has a mix of grass, gravel and hard surfaces. This includes gravel paths in the Garendon Park which may become muddy and have puddles after heavy rain. Trail shoes are recommended if there has been heavy rain. Spikes are not advised due to hard surfaced paths.
